Registration Instructions

Go to bc.syf.com and follow these steps:

Click on the “Register Now” button on the right side of your screen.

Enter your 16-digit Synchrony merchant number and your bank account number that you provided to Synchrony when opening your account. Click on the “Next” button.

Should the “dealer agreement” screen pop up, check the appropriate box for your program and click “Next.”

Review your contact information and update if necessary. Once you’ve reviewed, enter a valid email address and click the “Next” button.

The Business Locator is a great way to drive foot traffic to your location. By selecting the checkbox on the top of the screen, the Business Locator will enable customers on mysynchrony.com to find your business and contact information.

Next, under “Your Business Categories” click on the most applicable industry/ies. Once you click on a category, it will expand and show a list of products and services. Select the products and services that you offer at your business.

Establish your own personal username and password that will be used to access Business Center. Synchrony believes very strongly in protecting your information, which is why you’ll see a list of “Password Requirements” below the Password field.

Complete the answers to the challenge questions, and select the “Next” button at the bottom of the page and your registration will be complete. A list of suggested next steps to get started in using Business Center will be displayed at the bottom of the page, select one of the options to proceed.
